Why are certain elements of my breakdown not visible on the Call Sheet?

To display your entire breakdown on the Call Sheet, it is necessary to apply to ALL of the elements the status “FINAL” or “PROV" . If you go through the breakdown scene by scene interface, the chose status will be only applied for the elements present on this specific scene.

In order to apply the same visibility status to ALL elements in ALL scenes, you will need to do it through the first continuity interface. Please follow the steps below:

1. Compose your selection of scenes and elements of which you wish to put in “FINAL” or "PROV".
2. Unlock the padlock.
3. Choose a visibility status for all the elements of your breakdown. This will apply the same status to all elements.
