Vault : Manage files and documents

The interface of VAULT is where the production unit can store and share important information. Your document library is a kind of built-in « Dropbox » to keep everything in one place.

 

Search files

  1. In the upper part of the interface, you can distinguish the different SECTIONS of the vault. By clicking on the section of your choice, you can access the various FOLDERS and FILES belonging to the partular section.
  2. In order to find a document faster, you can launch a quick search in the dedicated SEARCH YOUR FILE box.
  3. The multiple files will be displayed in the bottom part of the page.
  4. To delete or download a folder or a file, click on the CHOOSE AN ACTION box. For further information on how to add or delete a file, please refer to the article "Add and delete files".

Download documents

To download the documents/file of your choice, please follow the steps below :

First you need to open up the folder of the section of your choice in order to view the different documents.

  1. Click on the CHOOSE AN ACTION dropdown menu and select "Download selection" option/
  2. Select one or multiple documents to download.
  3. Press on DOWNLOAD THE SELECTION.

Delete files

To delete the desired documents/files, please follow the steps below. You will first have to open a folder of your choice in order to delete one or more files that constitute it.

  1. Click on the CHOOSE AN ACTION drop-down menu and select the "Delete" option.
  2. Check one or more documents of your choice.
  3. Press DELETE.

NOTE: To be able to delete a folder, you need to delete all the documents in it first.

Rename files/documents

It is possible to rename a file/document. To do this, please open the folder of your choice in order to display the various documents that make it up. Then do the following:

  1. Click the pen icon next to the file you want to edit.

2.In the pop-up window, rename your document.

3.Press on RENAME.

Add new folder

To add a new folder, please follow the steps below:

  1. Choose the accurate SECTION before adding a new document to it.
  2. Click on +NEW FOLDER in the top right side of the documents list.

  1. In the new pop-up window, enter a FOLDER NAME so that you can identify it.
  2. Confirm this step by clicking on CREATE.

Add new document

To add a new document, first choose the accurate section in which you want to save the file. 

  1. Once you have chosen your download spot, click on the upload button UPLAOD

2. Choose then a document or drag it directly into the input box.

The document will be automatically uploaded.
