Sets unavailabilities & planning

The UNAVAILABILITIES tab of the SETS module gives you a clear view of the unavailability of the different sets.

 

Add a set unavailability 

In order to add an unavailability to a set, it must first be associated with a location.

Once you select a location to a set, you can follow the steps below : 

  1. Click on the tab "Unavailability" from the set's card.

  1. From this interface, you can view the dates of unavailability on the calendar. And the different unavailability (partial, imposed, not imposed) according to a different color code.
  2. The right side of the interface shows you the log and history of additions and modifications.

4. To add an unavailability, simply click directly on a specific date in the calendar.

  1. In the new window, fill in the start and end dates of your unavailability. It is also possible to add a Note and repeat it every week.
  2. Click on "SAVE".

7. To modify and/or delete an unavailability, simply click directly on the date in the calendar and modify or delete it. 

Table of Unavailability of sets

In order to display the unavailability of the sets, please follow the following steps:

  1. Click on the UNAVAILABILITIES tab of the SETS module.
  2. Set the desired period.
  3. Launch the search.
  4. The table generated shows you the unavailability of the different sets over the defined period.
  5. You have the possibility to download the data by clicking on EXPORT XLS. 
  6. In the case of AVAILIBILITY CONFLICT, the sets in question will be noted in the bottom of the page.

The PLANNING tab of the SET module allows you to have an overview of the SETS planning.

Planning of sets

It is possible to view the different set filming schedule. In order to display the sets planning, please follow these steps :

  1. Click on the PLANNING tab of the SETS module.
  2. Choose the TYPE of project.
  3. Set the desired PERIOD.
  4. Launch the search.
  5. The table generated displays the number of scenes shot or planned per set.
  6. You have the possibility to download the data by clicking on EXPORT XLSX.
