Set search & management

The interface of SETS allows you to access a complete set list and the information related to it. Each set has a personal file providing you with the following data: PHOTOS, SUB-SETS, TECHNICAL INFO and the shooting schedule. 

 

Set Search 

The set module interface allows you to view all of the sets in your project. To search for a setting, you can:

  1. Do a quick search with the search bar.
  2. Scroll through the list of sets. This list is sorted by type of sets: (For example: Studios, Site, Natural setting, etc.).
  3. It is also possible to filter your list by name, category and active sets active.
  4. The Google map shows you the location pins of all your sets. By clicking on a pin, the address of the corresponding set will be displayed.
  5. By clicking on "EXPORT XLSX", you can export the list of your decors and related information to an Excel table.

  1. The sets data base is classified by categories. 
  2.  An icon is displayed next to each set that has a location validated. This helps differentiate between sets that have had their location scouted and those that are still undergoing scouting.
  3. When you assign a specific color to a set, this color will be represented as a small circle next to the set's title. 
  4. It is possible to make bulk modifications to sets by individually checking/selecting the sets you want to modify in terms of their categories and/or statuses (active/inactive). 
  5. Additionally, you have the option to select all sets belonging to a specific category by checking that specific category, allowing you to modify them simultaneously.
  6. After selecting the relevant sets, you must click "Modify selection" and select the category or status in the popped-up window.

Set visual overview

When you click on a set from the list, you can access its personal page . In it's individual sheet, you can find the following information: 

  1. The information of the SET in question.
  2. The GENERAL category features the following information: 
  3. Pictures of the set.
  4. The Subsets.
  5. Details and general information.
  6.  Production information, including location address.
  7. The shooting schedule of the set (availability / unavailability).
  8. You can also click on the PHOTOS tab to view the set and subset photo gallery. 
  9. The DOCS tab lets you consult the documents related to the decor.
  10. The TECHNICAL INFO of the set in question.
  11.  The LOCATIONS section opens the interface of the asscoiated locations.
  12. You can click on UNAVAILABILITY in order to view and add unavalibilities.
  13. Finally, by clicking on SCENES tab you can view the different scenes in which the set appears.

Assigned locations

By clicking on LOCATION, you can access a new page dedicated to the locations associated with the sets. 

  1. The upper part of this interface shows the description of the set. 
  2. You can add notes to specify criteria for the scout locations. 
  3. The bottom part of the page displays all the locations that you have associated to a set. 
  4. Here, you can add a comment. This comment will be automatically deleted once the location has been validated.
  5. For each location, you can decide to pre-select, select or to dissociate a location from the set. 
  6. It is also possible to associate a new location to the set by clicking on ASSOCIATE and then selecting a location from the dropdown menu.
  7. If a particular location doesnt exist in the list, you can quickly create it by clicking on NEW and adding the necessary information to the location.
  8. If necessary, you can send a notification to the suscribed users.
  9. You also have the possibility to send an email with the link of the associated locations.

REMINDER: To associate a location with a set, you can also do it using the LOCATIONS module.

Associate a location to a set

There are two different ways to associate a location with a specific set. It is possible to proceed directly from the LOCATION module via it's personal form. But it is also possible to do it from the SETS module. For that, proceed as following:

  1. Click on LOCATION tab of a specific SET.

2. The new interface allows you to associate a location with the decor by clicking on "ASSOCIATE".

  1. In the new pop-up window, click on "LOCATIONS" and select an existing location from the drop-down menu.
  2. If you do not have the desired location available, you can create a new one by clicking on "New location" button
  3. Associate the location to the set by pressing " ASSOCIATE".
