In Cinetwork, the Daily Report is automatically pre-filled with data regarding scenes, sets, and characters, thus simplifying the script's task when adding the remaining details to the report.
Edit a Daily Reported
To edit a Daily Report, simply follow the following steps:
- Click on the corresponding date of the Daily Report in the calendar.
- Click on the blue gear icon for the corresponding team. For example, "Team B on October 2nd."
- In the menu, click on "Daily Report."

- The Daily report will be displayed and will include pre-filled information such as the list of sets, characters, and scenes. To edit it and add the remaining data, simply click the "EDIT" button at the bottom left.
- Alternatively, when you are in reading mode, you can view different Reports by clicking the arrows to navigate from one day to another.
- You can also print it by clicking the dedicated button.

Once you are in edit mode, it is possible to modify the following information:
- In the upper part of the daily report, add the Continuity day and Episode. You can also select, from the respective dropdown menus, the name of the director, the 1st director assistant, and the script supervisor. The fields for the first assistant director and the script supervisor are autocomplete input fields.
- Add scene-related information in the dedicated fields: number of shots, expected timing, real timing, number of cameras, and your notes.
- The list of actors is automatically generated. To indicate the number of extras, simply enter this number directly in the designated field.
- If you wish to add another category, such as silhouettes, vehicles, or animals, simply click on the "+" symbol and add the category name along with the associated quantity.

In the lower part of the Production Report, you can add/modify the following information:
- Scheduled day timings: The PST is automatically filled based on the schedule published, and this field remains grayed out in read-only mode. However, it is your responsibility to complete the end time of the day.
- Add the crew call, first shot, meal break, and the end of the day.
- In this section, overtime hours and rendered hours, as well as the weekly total, are calculated automatically.
- You also have the option to include your observations.
- Finally, don't forget to click "APPLY CHANGES" to save the modifications made to the Daily Report.

Report completed
When you have finished editing your daily report, it is essential to notify the rest of the team. To do so, follow these steps:
- Click on "REPORT COMPLETED."
- A notification will be automatically sent to all individuals subscribed to Daily Report notifications, either through push notifications or by email.
