Define schedule and set shooting time (PST)
You can add or change the working hours for the different units. When you define a PST hour for a unit, it will automatically calculate the necessary time you need to shoot all of your scenes and the start time for each scene.
To define a schedule, make sure to click on the day and the unit for which you want add shooting hours.
- Click on the blue wheel icon.
- In the dropdown menu, click on DEFINE SCHEDULES.
- Choose the PST time for the unit.
- Click on save.
- You can see that the start time for each scene has been modified.
Sort scenes
If you need to change the order of the scenes in the calendar, this will only change the sequence order in your calendar and will not overwrite the ordering of your stripboard. To sort the scenes, please follow the following steps:
- Choose the blue wheel icon.
- In the drop-down menu, click on "SORT SCENES".
- In the new pop-up window, drag and drop a scene to change the order.
- Save the order.
Download HMC Grid
First, make sure to select the right team for which you desire to view the HMC grid.
- Click on the blue wheel icon.
- In the dropdown menu, click on HMC Grid.
- The HMC Grid table will be displayed. You can choose to download it or print it directly from the page.
Plan a scene
You can quickly schedule SCENES and / or EVENTS and populate your calendar with any necessary details.
To plan a scene, follow these steps:
- Click on the addition symbol at the bottom of the page.

- In the pop-up window, access the SCENE tab.
- Select the SCENE you want to schedule.
- From the drop-down menu, choose the UNIT.
- Check FINAL DATE if this is the case.
- Do not forget to tick the checkbox of ALLOWED REPLANNING to allow rescheduling an already planned scene.
- Confirm by clicking on "+SAVE".

Plan an event
To schedule an event, follow these steps:
- Click on the addition symbol at the bottom of the page.

- In the new pop-up window, access EVENTS tab.
- Fill in the following data: TYPE, NUMBER OF COPIES.
- You can add a NOTE.
- Choose a duration.
- Select a Unit.
- Tick the checkbox of FINAL DATE if this is the case.
- Confirm by clicking on "+SAVE".

From this page, you can send a message to the whole team, to certain departments or to few people.
To send an email, you will need to do the following:
- Access the EMAIL tab in the SHOOTING CALENDAR module.
- Set the date.
- Choose one or more recipients from the list.
- You can also select the entire technical list by clicking on "SELECT ALL".
- Compose your message in the left side of the page.
- You can include any pertinent documents like scenes, sides and call sheets as an attachment in your messages.
- Send mail.
