Post production & Videos import

The post-production module offers an overview of the videos being edited. It is also possible to import Final cut, Dailies, internal and external editing.

 

Post-production Interface

 The post-production module interface gives you access to the following information:

  1. Click on the POST-PRODUCTION module.
  2. The total of videos currently being edited (internal and external editongs) is displayed at the top.
  3. By default, videos are listed in chronological order of episodes.
  4. A color code differentiates the videos: Light gray for internal editings and dark gray for external editings.
  5. From there, you can open the review page to add your video reviews.

Import Final cut videos

To import Final cut and / or Internal/external videos, please follow the steps below:

  1. You must access the VIDEO IMPORT tab of the POST-PRODUCTION module.
  2. In the Video files field (Final cut, Daily ...), import your video.
  3. Fill in the episode number: e.g : 1.
  4. By typing in the episode number, you can then choose the type of video from the following options: Final version, Internal video or External video.
  5. It is also possible to replace a previous video by checking the option "Replace the video if already exist" or to associate the video with a new episode by clicking on "Create episode if it does not exist".
  6. Assign a title and broadcasting date.
  7. Upload the video .

Import Daily video

To import a DAILY video, please follow the steps below:

  1. You will need to access the VIDEO IMPORT tab of the POST-PRODUCTION module.
  2. In the Video files field (Final cut, Daily ...), import a video.
  3. Enter the scene number: e.g: 1.5.
  4. By filling in the scene number, you can see that the video type given is that of DAILY. It is also possible to replace a previous video by checking the option "Replace the video if already existing" or to associate the video with a new scene by clicking on "create sequence if necessary".
  5. Upload the video.

Credits report

The credits report is a full cast list of all the contributors to one or more episode. To generate a credit report, please follow the steps below:

  1. Click on CREDITS tab of the post-production module.
  2. Specify the TYPE of the project.
  3. Select the range of EPISODES .
  4. Launch the SEARCH by pressing "SEARCH".
  5. It is possible to sort the results by SCENE or by ACTOR'S NUMBER.
  6. The displayed report displays the number of scenes shot / actors.
  7. You can also export the report by clicking on EXPORT XLSX at the top bottom of the page.
