How to import a board into yours ?

When you import date from another board into your own, the data from your own PDT will be overwritten with the most recent data. For you to be able to import another board, you must have at least one date in common.

To import scenes from another board, please follow the steps below:

1. From the second interface of the “Board” module, click on the "Import" symbol.
2. In the new pop-up window, choose the board of your choice from the drop-down list.
3. Select the dates you want to import.
4. Check the unit you need.
5. It is also possible to choose to import several options: Dates/Order, Hours, Notes, Colors, IE/Sub.set (Dir).
6. By default, days will be overridden. This import replaces the days of your board with those of the board you are importing. Missing scenes will be added back and those that become unscheduled are placed in the Pool. Only common dates are taken into account. Alternatively, it is also possible to Import scene data only. In this case, only the data selected from the common scenes on the common dates are taken into account.
7. At the bottom of the pop-up window, you can find the differences regarding scenes, roles, sets and units.
8. Once you have made your choices, click on "Import".
