This Dashboard is synchronized with all the other Cinetwork modules, and is automatically updated using the data from the latest board published. It is as well generated from the latest versions of scenarios, scouting and casting.

Once you have finished organizing which scenes are shot on which days, the Dashboard will keep you updated.

The board is separated into several factions:

  1. In the upper part of the page, which you can also find on all the pages of the main modules, contains a quick search bar, allowing direct access to a scene, an episode, a role or a set.
  2. At the very top, four buttons allow you to access, from left to right, the technical list, the Knowledge base, the notifications and your account settings.
  3. In the middle of your screen, you can view the different units that are scheduled to work and which scenes to be shot on that specifi day. In this field you can access the important information: Call sheets and sides of each unit, PST and defined schedule (start and end shooting time), different sets and total of scenes assigned.
  4. In this field, you can see: Today’s weather and sunrise and sunset’s time. This dashboard weather is automatically updated everyday.
  5. Today on air (only for daily programs) : The final cut that will be aired.
  6. Cast of the day: Displays the number of actors present during the specific shooting day.  By hovering your mouse over a picture, you will see the name of the actor as well as his/her character. You can also click on any picture to access the role’s profile and additional information.
