The module “Crew list” allows you to access the complete list of technicians including their contact information and their schedule.
Crew list
The CREW LIST gives you an overall view of the active list of the crew members (Name, email and telephone number).
To view the crew list, simply follow the instructions below:
- Click on the Crew list module.
- By default, the active crew list is displayed. To view an older technical list, you need to click on the dropdown menu of the SELECT NEW CREW LIST and select the list of your choice.
- The different technicians are classified under their job category. It is possible to filter the list by Unit or another filter.
- You also have the possibility to download an Excel table by clicking on EXPORT XLS or to print the list by pressing PRINT.
- Finally, by clicking on the EDITION MODE, you can manage and edit the crew list.

Crew list management
To be able to add a new member, edit an existing contact or modify a crew list, you need to click on the button EDITION MODE , to show up the different functionalities.
The editing mode should look something like this :
- Add a new crew list.
- Edit a crew list.
- Delete a crew list.
- Update users: Users will be validated until 3 days after the crew list's end date.
- Add a new crew member.
- Edit group. In the drop down menu, you can edit a specific group, delete it, delete selected items and/or clear selected items.
- Edit crew member.

Add a new crew list
To create a new crew list, please follow the instructions below:
- Click on "+" on top of the crew list.

- In the new pop-up window, NAME your new list.
- Define the START DATE and END DATE of the list to add.
- In the dropdown menu, you can select an existing list to copy.
- Or check the option "Copy jobs only" to only copy the jobs from an existing list.
- Save with the button "CREATE".

Your new crew list has now been added !
Edit crew list
To edit the information of a specific crew list, please follow the instructions below :
- Click on the edit icon next to the name of the list.
- In the new pop-up window, edit the following information: NAME, START DATE and END DATE of the list. You can also check the "Active list" option.
- Save with the button SAVE.
- To delete a list, simply select one from the dropdown window then click on the red basket.


Add and modify a group
You can easily segment your crew list into different groups for better organization. To add a new group to a list, simply follow the instructions below:
- Type in the group name in the text box below the crew list: e.g: CASTING.
- Click on + GROUP.
- You can see that CASTING group have been added to the list.

You can also edit a specific group. To do this, follow the steps below:
- Click on the dropdown menu of the blue wheel next to the group you wish to edit. Here you can make the following modification: Edit group, Delete group, Delete selected items and clear selected items. Select "Edit group" from the menu.
- Change the name of the group.
- Save the changes by pressing EDIT.


Add crew member
To add a new member, you need to make sure to add him in the appropriate group. To do this, you need to:
- Click on the addition symbol next to the accurate group in which you want to add the person.
- In the pop-up window, select a job and a unit from the respective dropdown menu.
- Select a person from the list.
- If the person does not exist yet, a shortcut is there to help you create him.
- You can also add a note.
- Click on "+ADD" to save the previous steps.


Edit crew member
It is possible to modify the member's details (such as phone number, email address, etc.). To learn how to edit a contact, please follow the instructions below:
- Click on EDIT next to the member you want to edit

- In the pop up window, edit the following information: the job, the unit and the technician.
- Click on "EDIT".
