Cinetwork Live : Our mobile application

Cinetwork Live is a simplified version of the web platform Cinetwork designed for smartphones and tablets. This mobile application has been primarily developed for use on set, where internet access is often unavailable, and it brings together a set of dedicated production tools. 

But why a mobile application?

• To receive notifications on your phone.
• To pre-load continuity shots and be able to view them offline.
• To load continuity shots in offline mode (photos are synchronized when internet is available again).
• To be able to view call sheets offline.
• For many other things that will be coming soon... 👀 

Download Cinetwork Live

 To download the mobile application, please follow these steps:

1. Click on your Cinetwork profile/personal space.
2. Click on "Google Play" to install Cinetwork Live on an Android device or "Apple Store" for iOS.
3. You also have the option to download the Cinetwork Live app by following the download links. Simply click on this link to download on Android or on this link for iOS.

Logging into Cinetwork Live

Once you have installed the mobile application, you can log into Cinetwork Live. Here are some key points to be aware of:

1. To access your production environment, enter the abbreviated name of your production in the production field. For example: Dna, Itc, Pblv, Askip.
2. Then, enter your usual email address and password.

Navigation Menu

 After successfully logging in, you will discover the following menu:

Dashboard: Information about the shooting day.

Continuity shots: Download or add photos in offline mode.

Notifications: Receive push notifications directly on your phone.

The Dashboard

The Dashboard provides you with a concise overview of the current shooting day. You can view the sides and the Call Sheet by clicking on the dedicated buttons.

Continuity shots View, add, and/or download continuity shots. With or without an internet connection!

View Continuity Photos Offline

 To pre-load your continuity photos and view them offline, simply:

1. Set up your team/unit and department.
2. Perform a search for a scene number, a specific set, a character, etc.
3. Save your search to access it offline.

Add Continuity Shots Offline

 If you do not have an internet connection, don't worry. You can add your photos as follows:

1. A message will appear indicating that you are in offline mode.
2. Click the "+" button to add photos.
3. Your photos will be stored in memory until you regain internet access, and they will then be added automatically.

Notifications

Enable notifications to receive real-time push updates directly on your phone.

To configure your notifications, follow these steps:

1. To configure your notifications, simply click on the settings gear icon.

 2. Next, configure the notifications to receive via push and/or email, then click on SAVE.
