The module CHARACTERS gives you access to the cast list and assigned roles. You can consult the profile of each role and the related information. 

Characters search

The characters module is constituted as following:

1. You can do a quick search in the SELECT CHARACTERS bar. In this tab it is possible to search by CHARACTER NAME (For example: ROSS or MONICA), by CHARACTER NUMBER or by FIRST NAME / NAME OF ACTOR (For example: David Schwimmer or Courtney Cox). 
2. In the upper part of the page, you can view the CASTING IN PROGRESS.
3. You can filter the characters list by name, categories or choose to display  the active characters only.
4. Launch your search.
5. The lower part of the page displays the entire list of characters. By default the list is sorted by role number in ascending order and classified by categories. 
6. You can modify any character's information directly from this page.
7. If you select one or several characters, you can : MODIFY THE SELECTION : Modify in mass the status (active/inactive) and the category of several characters at once. You can also : AUTO NUMBER: Selected characters will be numbered by their number of scenes. 🚨 Thi action is not reversible. 
8. Finally, you can export the characters and their information by clicking on EXPORT XLSX.

Character Profile

Click on a character of your choice to access his profile page. In the CHARACTER section, you will find the following information:

1. PICTURE of the comedian
2. CHARACTER description & biography
3. Contact of the ACTOR and his AGENT
4. HMC: Measurements of the actor
5. NOTES HMC: Specific characteristics
6. GUARANTEED MINIMUM PAYMENT: Consult the done fees, planned fees, the difference, the unavailabilities and the NUMBER OF UNPLANNED SEQUENCES.
7. PLANNING of the actor.
8. CAST AVAILABILITY SCHEDULE : allows you to view the different unavailability of an actor. This shooting schedule integrates: Provisional date of shooting, Final date, Unavailability, Unavailability not imposed and Partial unavailability. To navigate through the calendar and move to the following day, just click on the arrows.

Cast/Character planning

In the PLANNING insert, you can download the actor's SIDES or display his schedule. To display an actor's schedule, simply:

1. Configure the desired date range.
2. Click on TABLE.
3. The schedule table will be displayed listing the dates and scenes assigned to the role.

To download the SIDES of an actor, follow the below instructions: 

1.  Determine the dates (eg. From: 01/01/2021 To: 01/31/2021).
2. Click on SIDES. A ZIP file containing the actor's JAJ will be exported.

Actor's HMU cards

In the CARDS section, you can view notes related to the different departments: HAIRSTYLING, MAKEUP, COSTUMES and ARTISTIC. The comedian's wall looks like this:
