Add a new set

To create a new set, please follow the instructions below:

  1. It is possible to mass import sets from a Final Draft file. To do this, please refer to the dedicated article.
  2. It is also possible to manually sets. To do this, click on +SETS located above the Google Maps.

  1. In the pop-up window,  add your set NAME.
  2. From the drop down menu, select a CATEGORY in which you want to classify your set.
  3. Save your modifications by pressing CREATE THE SET

Your new set is now added to the list. You can at anytime add any information to the new set and/or edit existing sets.

 

Edit set

To enter additional changes and edit a set, click on the set name from the list to access its personal file. From this interface, it is possible to:

  1.  Edit the set.
  2. Edit the production data.
  3. Delete the set.
  4. Add a new set.

To EDIT A SET , please follow the instructions below:

  1. Click on the edit icon .

  1. In the new pop-up window, complete and/or modify the following information: NAME OF THE SET, CATEGORY, COLOR, DETAILS, TECHNICAL INFO, NOTES and SUBSET. To create a new subset, simply click on "+NEW SUBSET".
  2. Save the changes by pressing on EDIT

Add photos 

To add photos to the gallery of the set,  you'll need to acess its personal file. 

  1. Click on the tab PHOTOS 
  2. Then on the button  PHOTOS.

  1. In the new pop-up window, you can add a new category to better organize the pictures.
  2. Add a new image.
  3. Assign a category to an image, select the option "360" if it's a 360° picture. Choose the main photo you want to assign to the set .
  4. Select one or several pictures in order to download them or delete them.
  5. Save the changes.
