Add new location

Here you can learn how to add a new location. In order to do this,  simply follow the steps below :

1. On the main location interface, click the key "+LOCATION".

2. In the pop-up window, you can fill in the information of the location: Sets, Type, Title.
3. Tou can check the option "Private data" if you want to keep the data of this particular location hidden from others.
4. Enter the address of the location. When you start typing the address, a list of addresses will be suggested. Simply choose the correct one, and the 'Town' field will be automatically filled in."
5. You can also choose to drag the marker on the Google maps.
6. Confirm by clicking on "CREATE".

Edit location

If you like to edit a scene location's address, name, or any other details, you can do so by following these steps. 

1. You need to click on the location to open its personal file and then proceed. Then click on the icon to edit on the upper right side of the sheet.

2. Edit the location details and make your changes. You can for instance update the following information: From the drop down menu select the type of the location. And assign it a title.
3. In a multi-project production, you can associate the location with one or several programs.
4. You can add one or several TAGS to help better find your location during further research. To do this, simply select a tag from the drop down menu or create a new one by directly typing in your keyword in the text field.
5. Enter or edit the address of the location. The town will automatically be filled when you select the location.
6. Add the distance in KM.
7. Press the street icon.
8. It will automatically calculate the travel time and add it in the dedicated field.
9. You can also add additional information and notes ( production or artistic notes).

10. You can add the cost of the location.
11. Finally, click on EDIT CHANGES to save changes.

Add photos

To add one or more photos to a location's gallery, simply follow the steps below :

1. In the personal sheet of the location, click on PHOTOS.

2. Type in the category of the picture. This will classify your pictures under different groups and sections.
3. Check the "360" box so you can store a 360 panoramic photo.
4. Select one or several images to add.
5. Approve by clicking on "SAVE". 

Add videos

In order to add a vido for your location, follow the steps below:

1. Press on "VIDEOS".

2. In the pop-up window, select one or several videos to add.

Add documents

In order to add one or more documents, simply follow the steps below:

1. In the lower part of the page, click on "DOCUMENTS".

2. In the new pop-up window, select a file of your choice. This will be automatically added to the galery.
3. It is also possible to delete a file. In order to do this, you simply need to select the files you want to delete.
4. Press on the red recycle bin.
5. Finally,do not forget to validate your deletion.

Link locations to sets

To associate a location to a set, you need to have an existing set before following the instructions below:

1. In the upper part of the personal file of a location, click on +SETS.

2. In the new pop-up window, click on the sets dropdown and select which set this location belongs to.
3. Confirm by clicking on the key ASSOCIATE.
