Scene overview page
To access a scene personal page, simply click on its number. From there, you can manage and modify your scene data. The scene page is structured as follows:
- The top section of the page presents the scene's characteristics: Scene number, associated episode(s), narrative arc, sets and characters of the scenee, unit, and shooting date. You can also view the day and time of continuity, continuity notes and the scene summaries (direction and script). Additionally, you can review various notes added by departments (artistic notes, post-production, production, and direction), product placements, as well as expected and real timings.
- The scene page includes the following tabs: Script, where you can review the script text, the moodboard displaying photos of the scene's characters and sets, the scene video (Dailies/Rush), and finally, the scene breakdowns performed by different authors.
- The bottom section of the page is dedicated to the scene's text/script, which you can print or download.
- At the top right, a series of icons/functions allows you to perform different actions: add a new scene, divide a scene, edit the scene, add photos, add a product placement, access the breakdown, and delete the scene. Each of these functionalities will be detailed in the lower part of this article.

Add new scene
To add a new scene, please follow the instructions below:
- Click on the "+" icon from the scene page.

Or click on the "+SCENE" button from the "SCENES" module.

- In the pop-up window, select the project to which you want to assign the scene.
- Write down the episode number to which the new scene belongs.
- Enter the scene number (mandatory), the suffix, and its extension (optional).
- Check "annex" if it is an annex scene.
- Once done, press the "+ CREATE SEQUENCE" button.

The new scene is created. The overview page of the new scene can look empty. You can edit the details and add information.
Edit scene
To modify the data of a scene, please follow the steps below:
- From the scene page, click on the edit icon.

2. Expected timing, Real timing, Director, shooting date and the unit. Scene Characteristics: Extension, Characters, Set, Subset, Int/Ext, Continuity Data: Continuity Day, Continuity Time, Continuity Note. Timings: Expected Timing, Reak Timing, Director, Shooting Date, and Unit.

- You can also add a scene Summary and include various notes: Writing Notes, Artistic Notes, Production Notes and Post-Production Notes.
- Once the modifications are made, press SAVE.

Add photos
To add photos to a scene, please follow these steps:
- Click on the PHOTOS icon from the scene page.

- In the pop-up window, you can select a file or drag and drop images.
- You can check one or multiple images of your choice or select the "select all" option.
- This will allow you to download your selection.
- You can also choose to delete the selected images.

Add product/item placement
If you want to add an item in a particular scene, please follow these steps:
- From the scene page, click on the Item icon.

- In the new pop-up window, click on the dropdown menu and select the item you want to place. Reminder: It is necessary to first add items to your catalog via the CATALOG module. For this, please refer to the article: "Catalog: Add and Edit an Item."
- It is also possible to add another item to the scene by manually typing it in.
- Don't forget to validate by clicking on SAVE.

Product placements are automatically displayed on the personal card of the scene, as shown in the following example:

Add PDF Script
Importing your script will make it convenient to access anytime and will give you the ability to tag elements
To import a scene script, click on PDF FILES from the toolbar menu and follow the steps below:
- In the new pop-up window, choose the file or drag and drop your script.
- Select the date and the name of the version .
- Finalize the import by pressing the key ADD THE PDF.
- You can import a new version of your script. To do this, select a new file to replace the previous version. Then check the unwanted version to delete it.
- Confirm deleting selected files.
